Covid-19 Entry Requirements

All visitors will need to follow the Bonus Arena Covid-19 entry requirments. Please read through this by following the link below and make sure you have the required proof of covid status available to be checked on entry.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted in the venue. This is an adapted list from the standard one to allow for cosplay while still ensuring safety and security. If you have any queries please contact Bonus Arena as they will be enforcing these rules on the day.

Please note that with all the below, exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. Bonus Arena asks that this is communicated to the venue ahead of your visit if possible for ease of entry. 

Baby food is also permitted.

Regarding cosplay, please note that there is an exception in the rules for weapons for "obvious toy/novelty items" but that realistic weapons will not be allowed in the venue. If in doubt about a particular prop please contact Bonus Arena.

Prohibited items:

  • Holdalls, luggage, computer bags – Backpacks up to 30L are permitted subject to a full search (click here for an example)
  • Glass, cans, aluminium bottles or thermoses of any kind including any liquid products which can be consumed**
  • Flammable liquids in any container
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Laptop computers
  • Large/golf umbrellas
  • Knives or weapons of any kind *
  • No blunted blades, metallic items, or imitation weapons of any kind permitted.*

  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
  • Air horns, whistles
  • Projectiles (Frisbees, beach balls, footballs etc)
  • Aerosol cans (hairspray, mace pepper spray etc)
  • Fireworks, confetti or glitter bombs or sprays
  • Glow sticks
  • Balloons
  • Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards
  • Food **
  • Bottles of perfume

All entry constitutes consent to search. If you refuse an inspection you will not be admitted and will not be given a refund. Patrons will be refused entry if they attempt to enter the venue with the prohibited item.

Masks – Masks must be removed during search for identification purposes.

All decisions on weapons and accessories are at the discretion of the Bonus Arena management. We cannot store any items they are refused entry.
